Carina Kozole currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer at N26 Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Carina held multiple leadership positions at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit - Deutschland from January 2018 to November 2023, including Head of Credit Risk Operations and Business Management Chief Risk Officer. Carina also served on the Aufsichtsrat at HVB Pensionskasse and was a deputy chair of the advisory board and chair of the risk and audit committee at UniCredit Leasing GmbH from June 2019 to July 2023. Earlier career experiences at UniCredit included advisory roles in large credit transactions and corporate treasury sales. Carina earned a Diplom-Betriebswirtin degree from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University between 2001 and 2004.
