Erane Gemade is a UX Researcher at N Brown Group, with a previous role as UX Researcher at AIENAI, where responsibilities included coordinating the UX Coaching & Mentorship Program and overseeing a team of mentees. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant aimed at enhancing an online client portal, and working as a Human Resources Executive at Sipwise, where onboarding and development programs were managed. Additional roles involved supporting event promotions at Brunel University London and volunteering to teach technology skills to the elderly. Erane holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Employee Relations and a Bachelor's degree in International Business, both from Brunel University London.
