Christopher Ready is a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in customer relations and support roles across various companies. Currently at N-able since October 2019, Christopher has previously held similar positions at SolarWinds MSP and j2 Global, where responsibilities included assisting corporate clients with the implementation and optimization of the Campaigner® solution, and automating email marketing processes. Christopher also has a background in customer support and team leadership, specifically in the Campaigner division, enhancing client engagement and satisfaction. Christopher holds an Associate's degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, attained in 2008.
