Navodi Gaspe currently serves as an Associate Business Development Manager at N-able Private Limited and as the Chair of the Entity Finance Board at AIESEC in Sri Lanka. Previous experience includes roles as a Business Development Intern at HAYCARB PLC and a Consultant with AIESEC's Global Steering Team. Navodi has held multiple positions within AIESEC from 2021 to 2024, including Local Committee Vice President, Manager of Talent Management, and Podcast Coordinator. Prior to these roles, Navodi interned at Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC. Educational qualifications include a management degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and ongoing studies in CIMA. Navodi also holds a diploma in Information Technology from ESOFT Metro Campus and has completed a CIMA program at Wisdom Business Academy. Current educational pursuits include a course with CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
