Deborah Gale is an experienced executive in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at MZ SKIN since November 2022. Previously, Deborah held significant roles at Dr. Barbara Sturm from September 2019 to October 2022 as GM UK and SVP Rest of World, and as GM UK and Global Commercial Director. Prior to that, Deborah was Global Sales Director at Omorovicza Cosmetics from July 2017 to September 2019, and served as Area Sales Manager (UK & EMEA) at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. for nearly four years, covering Estée Lauder and Tom Ford brands. Deborah began their career as UK & International Sales Manager at Penhaligon's and held roles as an International Account Manager at Buchanan Group and Production Coordinator at ITV. Deborah's academic background includes a degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
