Carly Narva is a seasoned professional in the beauty and retail industry with a comprehensive background in management and merchandising. Currently serving as Vice President of Beauty at DOTSHOP and General Manager for North America at MZ SKIN since January 2024, Carly also founded CN Consulting, offering strategic insights to brands and retailers. Previous roles include Vice President of Brand Partnerships and Vice President of Merchandising at Flip, and extensive experience at VIOLET GREY, where Carly progressed from Senior Beauty Buyer to VP of Merchandising.
