Kathleen Testa is an experienced operations coordinator with a diverse background in healthcare and public relations. Currently serving as an Operations Coordinator/Executive Assistant at MyTown Health Partners since March 2023, Kathleen previously held the position of Coordinator of Physician Operations at Allegheny Health Network from April 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, Kathleen worked at UPMC in various roles including Compensation Analyst, Project Coordinator, and Project Specialist from May 2011 to April 2021. Kathleen's earlier experience includes internships in marketing and public relations at Penn State Sports Properties, Highmark, and Penn State University Health Services. Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University, along with a minor in Business.
