Laura Fleming has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Laura started at Liquid Night Club as a Promotions Worker in 2010. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Bar Staff at The Luminar Group and then moved on to Gardyne Theatre as a Bar Staff until 2016. In 2013, they also joined Mytime Active as a Mind, Nutrition, and Exercise Leader, where they delivered the fun fit Tayside program to families and children. Laura then worked at Club Tropicana as a Bar Supervisor from 2014 to 2015, where they supervised small teams, ensured smooth operations, and trained new staff. In 2015, they joined De Niros Bar & Bistro as a Bar Supervisor and Waitress, where they took on the responsibilities of managing day-to-day issues, greeting customers, and handling customer queries. Laura briefly worked as a Marketing Assistant at Club Tropicana and Vogue in 2016. Overall, Laura's work experience showcases their ability to work effectively as part of a team, handle customer service, and take on managerial responsibilities when required.

Laura Fleming earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physical Activity & Health from Abertay University from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including the HABC Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (QCF) from Highfield in October 2015, Basic Moves Level 1 from The University of Edinburgh in July 2014, and a certification in Paediatric First Aid in March 2014.
