Gil Fleitas has had a long and varied career. Gil began their career in 1983 as an Associate Attorney at Rosenman Colin Freund Lewis & Cohen. In 1985, they moved to Trammell Crow Company, where they held the role of Managing Director. In 1997, they began serving as a Board Member for the Homeless Prenatal Program. In 2002, they became a Broker at Pacific Union Real Estate. In 2007, they began serving as a Board Member for San Francisco Friends School. Finally, in 2010, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Theo, Inc.
Gil Fleitas began their educational career at Friends Seminary from 1969 to 1975. Gil then attended Harvard University from 1975 to 1979, earning a BA in Government and studying Political Science and Government. In 1980, they began attending Stanford Law School, where they received their Jurisprudence Doctorate in 1983.
