Noor Alsaidi serves as the Chief of Staff at Skillit since August 2023. Previously, Noor held the position of Managing Director, People and Culture at GroupM from July 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading human resource strategy and initiatives related to recruitment, talent management, and equity, diversity & inclusion. At The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, Noor was the Head of People and Culture from July 2019 to July 2022, successfully building the HR function and contributing to the organization receiving prestigious employer awards. Earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant role in Human Resources at CIBC, where Noor led significant HR projects and received multiple awards for performance. Roles at Canadian Natural Resources Limited and Safeway Canada focused on recruitment strategies and category assistance, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from York University, a B.A.(Hons.) in Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire, a Project Management Certificate from Mount Royal University, and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
