Thomas Booth has worked in the data science and geospatial analytics fields since 2009. Their current role is Principal Data Scientist at The DarkStar Group, LLC, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they were Co-Founder & Chief Data Scientist at ROUTE Analytics Inc from 2017 to 2018, Principal Data Scientist at Intelligent Solutions Inc in 2018, Geospatial Analytics at LMI from 2012 to 2011, Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2011 to 2009, and Geospatial Analyst at Dewberry from 2009 to 2011.

Thomas Booth attended the University of Maryland from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Masters in MPSGIS. Thomas then attended James Madison University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a BA in Applied Geographic Information Science and a BA in Theirtory.
