Rowena Zamora currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at GCash (Mynt - Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.) since July 2021, following a role as Director of Strategy Execution at Globe Telecom from January 2019 to June 2021. Prior experience includes positions at Accenture Philippines, where Rowena held various leadership roles, including Corporate Citizenship Head and Customer Experience Strategy Lead, contributing to CRM/CX strategy and co-authoring publications on diverse topics such as aviation and sustainability. Rowena's early career included significant roles at Ayala Foundation, the Department of Social Welfare and Development, and as a Research Associate at Amrop. Rowena's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
