Joyce May Pangilinan Latayan is an experienced professional in operations and commercial enablement, currently serving as the Delivery and Inventory Head and the Head of Cards Operations, Enterprise KYC, Inventory Management and Governance at GCash (Mynt - Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.) since February 2017. Prior to this, Joyce held an Operations Supervisor position at Globe Telecom from April 2012 to January 2017, where responsibilities included supervising card production and collaborating with various teams to enhance service quality. Joyce's career also includes roles at Globe Telecom - GXchange Inc., and Sykes Asia Inc., with a strong foundation in finance, operations, and customer service. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from San Sebastian College - Recoletos de Manila.
