Rachael Cole has extensive experience in project management and renovations, currently serving as the Director of Turns and Renovations at Mynd since February 2019. Prior to this role, Rachael held the position of Senior Manager of Project Management and West Coast Turn Manager at Mynd. Rachael's earlier experience includes working as a Maintenance Project Coordinator at Raymond Management from April 2016 to February 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing turnover and scheduling for technical projects.
