Arys Andreou has worked in the tech industry since 2001. Arys began their career at Velti S.A. as a Systems Engineer and then moved to Nokia Technologies in 2007, where they worked as a Full Stack Software Developer, Software Developer - Networks Business, MBB 3G Core, SGSN, Application Software Engineer for MP Perfect Voice, Platform Software Engineer for MP Perfect Voice, and R&D Engineer. In 2018, they became a Technical Lead at Telecom Technology Services, Inc. and then a Tech Lead and DevOps Engineer at YourHero in 2019. Arys is currently a Founder at O82 and Head of Infrastructure at MyMiniFactory, as well as a Board Member - Treasurer at the Costas Andreou Foundation since 2007, where they are responsible for the foundation's general co-management with board president, promotion and public relations, annual balance-sheet and statement drafting and approval, and organizing exhibitions in galleries and art venues.
Arys Andreou obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from The American College of Greece between 2001 and 2004. In July 2019, they received a certification from the ACM, Association for Computing Machinery, in their Summer School on Data Science.
