Christina (Antunez) Reich is an experienced professional in patient and customer experience management, currently serving as the Patient Experience Manager at myLaurel since March 2023. Prior to this role, Christina held the position of Customer Experience Manager at Ready from November 2021 to February 2023. Christina’s career includes experience as a Call Center Supervisor at NextGen Leads from November 2019 to August 2021 and as a Section Manager II at Enova International from January 2015 to October 2019.
