Adrian Eaddy is currently a Senior Consultant at Myers-Holum. Prior to that, they worked as a Client Implementation Manager at PRGX Global Inc. from January 2012 to November 2014. In this role, they provided technical leadership and consulting in the successful implementation of PRGX enterprise SaaS solutions. Adrian also authored various Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) documents used by PRGX Product Development Team to create innovative enhancements to their internal and client facing web application. Adrian has a proven track record in successfully implementing and on-boarding PRGX retail audit applications as well as gathering Business Requirements from Clients and Product Managers. Adrian is skilled in developing implementation and support guides to improve effectiveness of deliverables based on client business process. Adrian is an effective leader, having led a team of 2 offshore resources and 1 onshore resource for product implementation and application production support. Adrian is also known for their research and analysis skills in system application needs to provide timely and effective service to production support requests through direct customer interactions.
