Steven James has extensive experience in the construction and engineering fields, currently serving as an Assistant Superintendent at Myers & Chapman since May 2023. Prior to this role, Steven held multiple positions at Cleveland Construction, Inc. from March 2018 to April 2023, including Assistant Superintendent and Assistant Project Manager. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Engineer and Intern at Hazen and Sawyer between November 2015 and March 2018, as well as serving as a Research Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from May 2013 to December 2015. Steven's career began at Winterstar Woodworks in the summer of 2012 as a Foreman. Educationally, Steven holds a Master of Science in Construction and Facilities Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology, both from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
