Emma Duke is a seasoned legal professional specializing in technology transactions, privacy, and data security. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at MYER since April 2018, Emma has previously held positions at Gadens as an Associate and Telco7 as a Solicitor. Emma's experience encompasses advising on IT procurement, contract negotiations, and compliance issues, particularly in relation to marketing for telecommunications providers. Prior to these roles, Emma practiced commercial litigation at Jackson McDonald, where representation of ASX 200 companies and involvement in significant legal matters such as multi-million dollar contractual claims highlighted Emma's expertise. Emma holds a Bachelor of Law and Commerce from Notre Dame Law School, completed in 2010.
