Marcelo Penna has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Sales Planning and Analysis at Universal Studios Home Ent. from 2000 to 2003. Marcelo then moved on to Strategic Planning & Forecasting at the same company from 2003 to 2005. Following that, Marcelo worked as Category Management for Channel retailers at Universal Studios Home Ent. from 2005 to 2010.
