Chadwick Massie-Cline serves as the Mortgage Servicing Manager at myCUmortgage since September 2021, leading the escrow business unit with a focus on escrow analysis, tax and insurance activities, and loss draft processes. Previously, Chadwick held various roles at Chase from May 2011 to September 2021, including AVP Operations Manager I overseeing daily operations of the Special Loans department, Operations Unit Manager for Escrow Analysis, and Executive Office Manager managing escalated issues from regulatory agencies. Early career experience includes positions at Assurant Specialty Property as a Quality Assurance Auditor II and Hazard Insurance Specialist II, where responsibilities included auditing processes and managing insurance loss requirements. Chadwick earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Clark State College.
