Allyson Redmond has worked in various customer service roles with a focus on insurance and healthcare industries. Presently, in myCOI, Allyson serves as a Customer Care Associate/ Project Lead, providing training and leading the team to achieve weekly goals. In their previous roles at RMIS and Whitson Vision Ctr, Allyson effectively assisted customers with insurance-related inquiries and administrative tasks. With a background in customer service and an Associate of Arts degree from Ivy Tech Community College, Allyson has developed excellent communication and organizational skills throughout their career.
