Amélie GUIGUES has held a variety of roles in the hospitality and travel industries since 2009. Amélie began their career as a Conseillère Voyages at Alpilles Voyages in 2009, followed by a role as Réceptionniste at Hôtel Nice Riviera **** in 2011. In 2012, they became Assistante Commerciale at the same hotel, and in 2014 they were promoted to Responsable Commerciale MICE. In 2020, they began working at SEQUOIASOFT as a Chargée de Comptes et d'Implémentation, and in 2022 they joined MyBeezBox as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their loyalty, and increasing revenue through upsells. Amélie also undertakes various loyalty initiatives, tracks performance indicators, and analyzes user experience to suggest improvements.
