Alice Ponsard has held a variety of roles in the hospitality and tourism industry since 2013. Alice began their career as a Sales Representative at H&M in 2013. In 2015, they held a Marketing Internship at Morynga and a Hostess role at Pénélope Groupe. In 2016, they held a Food and Beverage Internship at Salles Hotels and a Web Marketing Internship at Moment à la carte. In 2017, they were an Assistant Product Owner Intern at My Startup and an Account Manager at MyBeezBox. Since 2018, they have been an Account Manager at MyBeezBox and an Event Hostess at Profil.

Alice Ponsard has a diverse educational background. Alice completed their High School Diploma at Lycée Simone Weil in 2008-2011, studying Economics and HR. Alice then attended Ecole Nationale de Commerce (ENC) Bessières - Paris from 2011-2013, graduating with a Higher National Diploma in Management. Following this, they attended Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) from 2013-2015, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Business. Alice then returned to UPEC from 2015-2017, graduating with a Master's degree in Management, HR and International Hospitality. Additionally, they hold a BAFA (Brevet d'aptitude aux fonctions d'animateur) from IFAC.
