Michele Conway-Scro has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Michele currently holds the position of Senior Director of Customer Success at MyAdvice, where they started in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Onboarding from February to August 2022, and as the Director of Customer Success from February 2021 to February 2022. Before joining MyAdvice, Michele was the Associate Director of Account Management at a previous company from August 2019 to January 2021. Michele'searlier experience includes working as a Team Lead - Senior Digital Marketing Specialist from September 2015 to July 2019, and as a Customer Success Coordinator from February 2014 to August 2015.
Before their time at MyAdvice, Michele worked at Baystone Media as an Account Manager from March 2012 to February 2014. In this role, they demonstrated knowledge of social media and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) while prioritizing and completing client requests within specific turnaround times. Michele also served as a consultant, evaluating websites and current services to up-sell clients to marketing and social media packages.
Prior to their role at Baystone Media, Michele worked at ADP as an Associate District Manager from August 2011 to January 2012. In this position, they focused on networking with key decision makers, prospecting targets, and cross-selling business outsourcing solutions to existing clients.
Michele Conway-Scro graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Central Connecticut State University in 2011, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
