Antony is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA from Warwick University. He has worked in the health sector for over twenty five years in various director level roles including as CEO, MD, CFO and Non-executive Director for companies such as Lloyds Pharmacy, Ashley House plc and Partnering Health Limited.

Through his company, Welland Advisory Limited, Antony advises a range of small and medium sized companies in areas such as financial management and strategy, corporate governance, legal and M&A. He is also a Non-executive Director for a not for profit Enterprise Agency.
