Jessica Britten has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jessica is currently the Director of Care Coordination at MY DR NOW. Prior to that, they worked at Banner Health where they held various roles. Jessica started as a CNA and then transitioned to become a New Grad Nurse. Jessica later became a Nursing Manager, where they managed a 72-bed stroke/neurological floor and administered tPA as per American Stroke Association guidelines. Jessica also has experience as an RN Patient Relations Coordinator and an RN Associate Director at Banner Health.

Jessica Britten earned their Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Scottsdale Community College in 2013. Jessica then went on to complete their Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Grand Canyon University from 2015 to 2017. Continuing their education, they recently completed their Master of Science degree in Registered Nursing, with a focus on Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2020.
