Joshua Gonzales is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in branch management and sales enhancement. Currently serving as Branch Manager at My Community Credit Union since October 2022, Joshua has successfully increased branch production rates through effective staff management and by fostering customer loyalty through incentive programs. Previously, Joshua held the same role at PNC from August 2021 to October 2022, achieving similar successes in branch performance and sales growth. Earlier in the career, as a Route Sales Representative at Farmer Brothers from September 2017 to July 2020, Joshua excelled in meeting customer needs and managing sales transactions. Joshua is an alumnus of Odessa College.
