Amanda Abdo Sheahan has extensive experience in various roles since 1997, including as an academic tutor for K-12 students and as the owner/operator of Big Fat Bacon, LLC, and Saguaro Restaurant. Currently, Amanda serves as the Board Chair and Board Member for Breakthrough Twin Cities, as well as holding multiple positions at My Burger, including Charitable Giving Coordinator. Amanda has been involved with several organizations as a Board Member, including the Notre Dame Club of Minnesota and the Courage Kenny Foundation, and has held leadership positions in the Mounds Park Academy Alumni Association. Amanda obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Notre Dame.
