Aleksander Skorupa

Aleksander Skorupa worked as a Lead ML/AI Scientist at MX Labs since August 2020. Previously, from September 2017 to August 2020, they held the role of Machine Learning Researcher/Engineer at Tooploox. Aleksander also has experience as a Data Analyst Intern at The University of Glasgow from June 2016 to September 2016, where they were responsible for providing statistical analysis and collaborating with a diverse team to develop new policies. Additionally, Aleksander worked as a Business Analyst Intern at Elektrotim SA in July and August 2015.

Aleksander Skorupa has a strong educational background in mathematics, economics, statistics, and data science. In 2012, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Glasgow, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Mathematics and Economics. During their time there, they also participated in an exchange program at the University of Calgary from 2014 to 2015, further expanding their knowledge in the same disciplines.

Aleksander completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics with Data Science, focusing on advanced statistical methods and data analysis techniques. In 2019, they obtained a certification in deep learning by attending the DeepLearn 2019 - 3rd International Summer School on Deep Learning offered by the Institute for Research Development, Training and Advice.
