Valentin Constantinescu is an experienced Program Manager currently overseeing transversal programs at MWingz since October 2024. With a robust background in cybersecurity, Valentin serves as a member of the ENISA EU5G Cybersecurity Certification Scheme thematic group, focusing on enhancing the framework for 5G cybersecurity and developing a candidate certification scheme. Previously at Orange, Valentin held various managerial roles, including Transformation Program Manager and Security and Automation Manager, where responsibilities included conducting security risk analyses and supporting standardization efforts within the O-RAN Alliance. With a history of project management and technical leadership across multiple organizations and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Valentin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in network optimization, cybersecurity, and project execution in the telecommunications sector.
