Randy Lovan is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Southern California Regional Manager of Construction Management Services at MWH Constructors since April 2013, Randy also held the position of CMS Area Manager for the Inland Empire and Desert Regions. Prior to this role, Randy was the Vice President of Construction Management at RBF Consulting, a Company of Michael Baker International, from October 2000 to April 2013, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing construction management services throughout the Inland Empire, focusing on wet infrastructure and public works projects.
