Steve Watson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and the retail technology sector. Currently serving as Chairman of MWC Partners Limited since its establishment in 2013, Watson has played a key role in positioning the company as a leading provider of software and services in the retail technology and payment industries. Previously, Watson was the Founder and Chairman of Fulcrum Corporate Finance, as well as Director at Spencer Partners Corporate Finance Limited, where mergers and acquisitions advisory services were provided to owner-managed businesses. Watson also held influential roles in various organizations, including Deputy Chairman of Sanderson Group's Retail Division and Executive Director at Swiss Bank Corporation, where Watson led a team advising on cross-border mergers. Watson is a graduate of the University of Bristol with a BA in Modern Languages.
