Dan Freed-Pastor, PT, DPT, OCS, currently serves as the Multi-site Director at Phoenix Physical Therapy since August 2017. Prior to this role, Dan held positions as a Physical Therapist at Sports Physical Therapy of New York, P.C., and as Director of Outpatient Services and Director of Sports Medicine at PT Plus from July 2016 to August 2017. Dan also served as the Spine Center Director at Blue Ridge Orthopaedic & Spine Center from October 2014 to July 2016. Dan Freed-Pastor earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons from 2008 to 2011, following a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Ohio Wesleyan University from 2004 to 2008.
