Ryan Thomas has over 17 years of experience in the electrical industry. Ryan started their career at Wilco Electric Inc in 2004, where they worked as a Commercial Electrical Foreman until 2015. Ryan then joined Haller Enterprises, Inc. as a Commercial Electrical Foreman for one year before moving on to MVE Group in 2016. At MVE Group, Ryan worked their way up from Commercial Electrical Foreman to Field Supervisor and eventually became the VP of Field Operations in October 2020.

Ryan Thomas completed their education at the Associated Builders and Contractors Apprenticeship School from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Certified Journeyman Electrician degree in the field of Electrical. Prior to that, they attended Warwick School District from 1994 to 1998, but did not earn a degree or pursue a specific field of study.

In addition to their education, Ryan has obtained several certifications. These include a Negotiation and Leadership certificate from Harvard University in October 2019, a Delaware Master Electrical License from Delaware in July 2019, a Connecticut Electrical Contractor License from the Connecticut State Government in March 2019, a District of Columbia Master Electrical License from the DC Government in March 2019, a New Jersey Electrical Contractor License from New Jersey in February 2019, and a Project Management certificate from Purdue University in November 2018. Ryan also holds a Philadelphia, PA Master Electrical License from Pearson VUE obtained in October 2018, a Maryland Master Electrical License from Maryland obtained in September 2018, a Certified Fiber Optic Technician certification from The Fiber Optic Association, Inc. (FOA) obtained in June 2018, an Installer 2, Copper certification from BICSI obtained in November 2015, and a Harrisburg, PA Master Electrical License from ICC obtained in June 2011.
