Joel Charles has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Joel is currently the Director of Training & HR at MVE Group since December 2022. Prior to this, Joel worked at Haller Enterprises where they held various positions, including Director of People & Culture from April 2021 to July 2022, Director of Continuous Improvement from October 2015 to March 2021, Maintenance Service Manager from January 2013 to September 2015, and Program Coordinator from December 2010 to December 2012. Before joining Haller Enterprises, Joel served as a Clerical Specialist at the County of Lancaster from February 2006 to December 2010. Joel started their career as a Legislative Intern at the United States Senate in August 2003.

Joel Charles completed their Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Secondary Education and Teaching from Millersville University of Pennsylvania between the years 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they briefly attended the University of Pittsburgh in 2004 and 2005, studying Political Science and Government, though they did not obtain a degree from there. In addition to their formal education, they earned a certification as an Asana Forum Champion from Asana in October 2018.
