Timothy M. Williams is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial management and restructuring across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Tigar Partners LLC since January 2017, Timothy oversees investments in distressed and underperforming commercial debt. As a Senior Financial Consultant and Board Advisor at MV Transportation and Managing Member of Hidalgo Williams Blueprint Solutions, Timothy specializes in tailored restructuring solutions for clients. Additionally, Timothy held significant roles at Nassau County Industrial Development Agency as Board Member and Executive Chairman, and at Santander Bank as Vice President of Risk Management, where management of a $5 billion loan portfolio was a key responsibility. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Arbor Realty Trust and Carver Federal Savings Bank, with a solid foundation in operations, compliance, and risk management. Timothy also served in the US Army as a Military Police Officer and holds a degree from Adelphi University.
