Prior experience includes serving as a 411 Dispatcher at Metro One Telecommunications, where role involved multitasking in a fast-paced environment and enhancing customer satisfaction. Avery holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix Online, along with additional education from Bowie State University and South Carolina State University.
