Jeff Blanchard's work experience spans over several years in various technical support roles. Jeff began their career at Banyan Systems in 1992 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and continued in similar roles at Cascade/Ascend/Lucent, Pelago, NetScout Systems, and RadiSys Corporation. In 2017, they joined Mutualink as a Principal Customer Support Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Jeff Blanchard attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
