Alexis Henderson, MPH, is an experienced Emergency Medical Technician at Mutual Aid Ambulance Service, Inc. since July 2021. Prior experience includes a summer internship at Youth Enrichment Services, Inc. in June 2022, and serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in Human Physiology at the University of Pittsburgh from January to April 2021. Alexis was also the Social Media Coordinator for the Pitt Women’s Club Soccer Team from February 2019 to April 2021 and worked as a Store Associate at Michaels Arts & Craft Store and Old Navy from December 2019 to December 2020 and May 2018 to January 2019, respectively. In June 2019, Alexis interned at Hospital de Santa Maria, shadowing rheumatology practices and observing biomedical research. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the same institution, completed in December 2022.
