Ramandeep Gill has extensive work experience in the financial sector. Ramandeep started their career at HSBC as a Finance Executive, where they worked on internal reviews and audits. Ramandeep then joined PNB Housing Finance Limited as a National Manager for Accounts. After that, they moved on to Aviom India Housing Finance Private Limited, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer for over five years. At Aviom, they demonstrated expertise in financial planning, control, system implementation, working capital management, treasury management, and fund management. Ramandeep also excelled in fundraising from national and international lenders and NHB refinancing. Currently, Ramandeep is the Chief Financial Officer at Muthoot Capital Services Ltd in India.

Ramandeep Gill attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Chartered Accountancy with a focus on Finance and Accounts, Audits.
