Bernardo V. Guimaraes is a highly experienced professional in investment management and consulting, currently serving as a Director and Senior Investment Manager at H.I.G. Capital since April 2020. Bernardo has held the position of Fellow at Mustard Seed Impact since July 2015, and prior to these roles, worked as an Engagement Manager and Associate at McKinsey & Company from September 2015 to April 2020. Bernardo's earlier experience includes a Summer Associate role at Cerberus European Capital Advisors in mid-2014, as well as several positions at Goldman Sachs in the Market Solutions Group, encompassing roles from Financial Analyst to Associate until June 2013.
