Declan Hughes is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the information technology sector. Currently serving as CEO and Director of Hikari since April 2021, Hughes drives the company's strategic direction, focusing on digital transformation and innovation. As a Director and Managing Partner at AuxiliaGroup since May 2015, Hughes has co-founded The Grey Matters Network. In addition, Hughes holds the position of Chairman at musiq.ai and has previously founded Auxilium Consulting. Prior roles include CEO of Unity Technology Solutions, where strategic leadership was exercised during a management buyout, and Managing Director at Maxima Ireland and Intertech Ireland, overseeing significant operational responsibilities.
