Masa M. has over twenty years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, and program management. In 2000, they began their career as an Experienced Consultant at Accenture. Masa then went on to work at Loews Hotels as Corporate Director of Revenue Management Systems in 2005, where they optimized revenue reporting accuracy and boosted group productivity. In 2006, they were Vice President and Project Manager of Global Portfolio & Programme Management at Christie's, where they provided thought leadership and devised effective strategies. In 2015, they joined Acquis Consulting Group as an Engagement Manager, where they advised the executive team in assessing international market expansion opportunities. In 2016, they became Managing Director and Director of Strategy at Music Traveler, where they strategized with the founders and led global teams to amplify the platform. In 2017, they were Business Transformation Consultant and Project Manager at Phillips Auctioneers, where they liaised between the C-suite, stakeholders, and vendors to realign business rules and processes. In 2020, they became Business Transformation Consultant and Project Manager at Gagosian, where they replaced legacy locally installed systems with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. In 2022, Masa M. began working as a Management Consultant at Toptal.

Masa M. has a diverse education history, having obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from both Columbia Business School and London Business School, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering Psychology / Human Factors from Tufts University, and coursework in Graphic Design, Typography, Exhibit Design, and Luthiery from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. During their undergraduate studies at Tufts University, Masa M. also took AP Calculus and AP Art Theirtory from Rye Country Day School. In addition, Masa M. holds a certification in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Behavioral Health, which they obtained in August 2019.
