Karly Rauch Bailey is an experienced sales and project management professional with a diverse background in design, operations, and client relations. Currently serving as Senior Sales Manager and Key Account Manager at mushie since January 2024, Karly previously held significant roles including Director of Sales for Domingue Architectural Finishes and Sales + Project Manager at Domingue & Co. from December 2018 to July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Finish Designer- Repair Manager at Segreto Finishes and Project Coordinator at Merchant and Market. Karly's career began at Finn NY, where progressive roles culminated in the position of VP and Director of Production and Operations. Karly holds a B.A. in Communication and General Business Administration from the University of Arizona and is an Accredited Jewelry Professional from the Gemological Institute of America.
