Karla Bo Johnson is an experienced content development and exhibitions curator with a diverse background in museum and gallery settings. Currently serving as the Content Development Manager at the Museum of Transport and Technology since February 2021, Karla is responsible for planning and creating innovative exhibition content. Previous roles include Senior Exhibitions Curator at the Auckland War Memorial Museum and Content and Interpretation Developer at Art of Fact. Karla has also contributed as a content developer for various organizations, including the Arts Regional Trust and the NZ Contemporary Art Trust. With extensive experience at notable institutions such as the Powerhouse Museum and the Australian Museum, Karla has a strong foundation in exhibition management and editorial roles, spanning over 15 years in the field.
