Kirsten Livingston is an Exhibit Specialist at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, where responsibilities include developing partnerships and creating content for the Human/Nature project’s Coal Mine and Energy experience since March 2023. Previously, Kirsten served as a Dissertation Researcher at Shedd Aquarium, designing an experiment on Coral calcification and temperature change, and held several internships at Shedd Aquarium and Lincoln Park Zoo, focusing on wildlife monitoring and research projects. Kirsten also gained conservation experience as an Assistant Conservation Manager at Kariega Game Reserve, monitoring wildlife and managing invasive species. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Environmental Earth Science & Geology from the University of St Andrews.
