Hanna After Buffalo currently serves as the Assistant to the Chief Curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, a position held since June 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Office Supervisor at Proskauer Rose LLP from September 2015 to May 2022, where responsibilities involved leading event planning and budget management. Additional roles include Inventory Control Assistant at Park West Gallery, where responsibilities encompassed artwork registration and coordination with various departments, and Guest Services Intern at Albright-Knox Art Gallery, where event coordination and visitor assistance were key tasks. Early career experience includes serving as a Shift Supervisor at CVS Pharmacy, focusing on training and operational duties. Hanna obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Art History from Buffalo State University between 2008 and 2013.
