Danielle Charlap has extensive experience in the field of curatorial work, starting with their role as a Student Curator at the Harvard Peabody Museum in 2009. Danielle then worked as a Curatorial Research Intern at the Lower East Side Tenement Museum and the New-York Historical Society. In 2010, Danielle became an Assistant Curator at the Museum of Jewish Heritage, where they stayed until 2014. During that time, they also held the position of Curatorial Research Intern at the New-York Historical Society and a Paralegal at the New York County District Attorney's Office. In 2013, Danielle continued to expand their curatorial experience by working as a Curatorial Intern at the Museum of Arts & Design and the Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum. In 2014, they became an Associate Curator at the Museum of Jewish Heritage. Later, they served as a Windgate Curatorial Intern at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston in 2014. Currently, Danielle is a Research Assistant at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) in the Decorative Arts & Design department.
