Rachel Madlock has over two decades of experience in project management and sales coordination, currently serving as Lead Sales Coordinator at Musco Sports Lighting since 2000. In this role, Rachel is responsible for advancing projects from inquiry to installation, documenting project statuses, and providing support to field sales representatives across various territories. Key contributions include preparing budget estimates and specifications, resolving installation issues, and leading team development through coaching and mentoring. Prior to Musco Sports Lighting, Rachel worked as an Administrative Assistant at Integrated Network Solutions. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Marketing from Iowa Wesleyan College.
